Our Quality Management System has been certified by none other than TUV SUD, who are among the best in the business at global as well as local level. Certification was done after conducting a thorough audit by the team of experts from TUV SUD.

The Quality Management System of PEM based on ISO-9001:2008, promotes the adoption of "Process Approach" when developing, implementing and improving the system to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations. 

The application of system of process within our organization together with identification and interaction of these processes and their management to produce the desired outcome forms the basis of "process approach" at PEM.

Continual Improvement has been the part and parcel of PEM right from the day of the incorporation. And the implementation of Quality Management System based on ISO-9001:2008 would give a strong framework to hasten the speed of improvement and customer satisfaction.
